El Dorado Apartments

This beautiful building was constructed over 100 years ago to provide urban housing for the City of Fond du Lac.  Today that old world craftsmanship blends with modern upgrades.

The spacious one and two bedroom apartments have lots of storage space.  There is a full living, dining and kitchen area in every apartment.  Each unit has its own electric service with radiant heat throughout the building.  Water, sewer and trash are included in your rent.  There is a private off street parking lot for residents.  Coin operating laundry and patio area are provided.
